Community-Development for children in Disadvantaged conditions.

This project originated from the interest of the Club Social de Damas de Reynosa (Reynosa Ladies’ Social Club) and the Reynosa Maquiladora and Manufacturing Association to support the community. These groups have worked jointly and have integrated other agencies in this great project. The objective of this project is to provide English and computer classes to children in the Public Schools of 3rd. Grade-Preschool level.

The name of this project arises from the fact that these children, once they start their elementary level classes will compete with other children from private Preschool systems where they have taken English language and computer classes.  These children that are graduating from public schools begin this new school education level with a distinct disadvantage with the rest of their classmates.
