Reynosa will host the Cluster International Forum.

Reynosa Asociación de Maquiladora y Manufactureras Asociación Civil expressed through its Board of Directors welcomed the conclusion of the Fourth International Forum of Clusters in August which will be held simultaneously in the cities of Reynosa, Tamaulipas and McAllen, Texas.
At the meeting of managers RAMMAC of April, representatives of the Tamaulipas Economic Development Government (SEDEEM), Angel Ortiz and Zonia Torres Saeb made a presentation on the Fourth Cluster International Forum to be held in McAllen and Reynosa 13th and August 14th.

The Forum is an initiative of the Border Governors which objective is to raise the knowledge and inform the tendency automotive, aerospace and IT industries in order to integrate clusters to increase the competitiveness of enterprises and their suppliers.
At this Forum will also participate exhibitors from all other productive sectors.
The participation of lecturers and Experts from Latin America, Mexico, United States and Europe will be key purpose of this event plus the governors of Tamaulipas, Eugenio Hernandez Flores and Rick Perry of Texas.
During the Meeting, The President of RAMMAC Dan McGrew commented the importance of this event about investment opportunities and industry growth through the generation of these clusters.

 Also during the monthly GMM, the Chairmen of the Finance and IT Committees, Yaneth Flores and Mario Pineda presented the objectives of both organizations for this year.   
Among these objectives is included the creation of forums designed to share news and updates in their respective fiels.

UTPA MBA 100 Anniversary

New 2009 Board of Directors..

Last January 14, Dan McGrew, Director of the Esselte Reynosa, S. de R.L. de C.V. company the new president and the Board of Directors of this Association took office. Dan McGrew work plan highlights a main focus on logistics to make the local maquiladora industry operations easier and to improve street infrastructure and services among other issues with the objective of maintaining competitiveness of the companies in this zone.
