Most of the Maquiladora industry, almost every company which belongs to the RAMMAC membership is certified in one of the ISO 9000 systems such as ISO 14001 or ISO 9001 among others.
The Maquiladora Association, RAMMAC, decided to obtain the certification in order to comply with the quality level expected by our customers. The certification process of RAMMAC began on October 28, 2004 and certification was achieved on January 31, 2005. By having certification in all our processes and procedures, we deliver quality. Therefore, our quality policy is focused on 100% customer satisfaction.
Last March 27 and 28 March, 2008, RAMMAC had a recertification audit of the first 3 years since the Quality Management System was implemented and the result was satisfactory, the auditors found out that our systems comply with the standard of reference requirements and thus, we maintain our certification.
RAMMAC now has a new Scope of the System.
